Bill Miller

Bill Miller (b. 1962) is an American collage artist and oil/acryl painter, who uses discarded linoleum to create his portraits. He was art director of the Long Island Voice and The Village Voice.
Frank Zappa
When Miller made portaits of Frank Zappa, Gail Zappa commissioned him to design the covers for the posthumous Zappa albums "Congress Shall Make No Law . . ." (2010) and Finer Moments (2012).
Original portraits by Miller and the original album covers for the aforementioned Zappa records were kept by the Zappa Family until Gail died. In 2016, when the house in 7885 Woodrow Wilson Drive was sold, Miller's artworks were auctioned. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
