While recovering from his injuries in the summer of 1972, FZ wrote a musical science-fiction script for a two-act Broadway stage production. FZ designed the costumes, stage instructions and the musical score for "Hunchentoot", which would require a 42¬member cast (musicians included). The main character in "Hunchentoot" is Drakma (Queen of Cosmic Greed), an alien that wants to invade Earth. Other characters were the title character (The Giant Spider), Durk, six Forceling players, a 22-piece orchestra and a 10-voice chorus. "Hunchentoot" was never staged.
The songs were:
- Overture (maybe Variant Processional March a.k.a. Regyptian Strut)
- Time Is Money
- The Human Mind Is The Ultimate Power/We Are The Force-Lings
- Think It Over
- Hunchentootin' Blues
- Spider Lady
- Spider Lady (reprise)
- Flambay
- Spider Of Destiny
- Think It Over (reprise)
- The Planet Of My Dreams
- Cheepnis
The revised script shows "Planet Of My Dreams" as "The Earth, My Earth", and the new title "Maximum Potential" is the same as "Spider Lady". This revision also includes the instrumental jam "[Space Boogie]]", "Prelude To Act Two Of Hunchentoot" and "Hunchentoot The Pimp", and a new title "It Will Fall Down" is included in the running order along with a retitling of "Spider Of Destiny (reprise)" as "De-Story".
