I believe this is the date of the concert that I attended. It was the Mothers of Invention,The Greatful Dead, and Country Joe and the Fish. With the Fish playing last so I assume they were the headliner, hard to tell in those days. They cut the power off at midnight while the Fish were playing. Barry Melton shouted something to this effect " When they pull this kind of shit in S.F. we don' take it!" (meaning cutting the electricty) After a few minutes of crowd grumbling Country Joe took over the mike and said " go home freaks, just go home". Everybody did.
