Die Wiener Stadthalle - Austrias biggest concert hall - was planned and executed from 1954 to 1957 by Prof. Dr. Roland Rainer. The main facility boasting an extraordinary construction (with a steel-roof of 10.000 m2) with movable stages and special curtain systems is built for flexibility with up to 16.000 seats.
