The Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Zubin Mehta, performed music from 200 Motels at UCLA as part of the Contempo '70 Festival on 05/15/1970 with The Mothers. This is the concert that Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan attended, that led to their joining The Mothers.
