The U.K. Subs were a British punk group. They scored a few hits during the late 1970s with "Stranglehold", "Warhead", "Teenage" and "Tomorrow's Girls".
Zappa played their song, "I Live In A Car" while he was guest DJ on BBC Radio 1's Star Special in 1980.
