Mayfred Nutter (Jane Lew, West Virginia, 19 October 1941) was an American country singer and film/TV actor. He was a guitarist for pop musician Del Shannon (most famous for Runaway (1961)).
In the late 1960s he recorded singles for Zappa's Straight label:
