Joseph Goebbels was the Nazi Minister of Propaganda during Adolf Hitler's Third Reich.
On page 254 Zappa claimed that the PMRC sent him a letter that placed him in the same category as Joseph Goebbels and Joseph McCarthy, claiming he "used the technique of the BIG LIE against them."
