I just went to the basement, killed the spider of destiny, picked-up the box labelled "Ye Olde Zappa LPs", blew off the dust, browsed through the box, and ... saw the following: "Frank Zappa: Guitar"...

Yes, I saw you coming. A redirect has been established. Rule of thumb when giving names to pages: what's the most obvious phrase someone would type into the Go box when searching? In this case, I think it would be "Guitar", not "Frank Zappa: Guitar". A redirect-page can then erh redirect to the correct album name...
