Little Orphan Annie was a long-running newspaper comic by Harold Gray, serialized between 1924 and 2010. It is a drama series about a pitiful little girl and her dog. The comic has been adapted to the stage and film, most famously the Broadway musical Annie (1977), adapted into a Hollywood movie (1982). [1]
