Peter Occhiogrosso is an American jazz critic, music journalist and writer. After writing about the legendary group Spinal Tap, he interviewed Frank Zappa for the book Once A Catholic (1987). He also collaborated with him on Zappa's official autobiography, The Real Frank Zappa Book (1989).
Occhiogrosso has written several books about religion and spirituality.
