Arnold Silvestri (5 April 1920) is a U.S. lawyer. He was nevertheless born in Rome, Italy.
During Why Don't You Like Me? (the studio version, recorded on 3 March 1988 in Chicago) he is referenced in the following line: "Billie Jean is not Arnold Silvestri."
In The Real Frank Zappa Book, in the chapter Failure on page 333, Zappa includes an excerpt from a letter he sent to Silvestri, concerning Intercontinental Absurdities.
