The character who sings the lyrics is, in fact, not Joe, but Ike Willis himself. It wouldn't make sense for Joe to be present in this scene as he only hears of Mary's exploits later on. That's also why Buddy addresses the singer as "Ike", not not "Joe".
Also: Shouldn't the article be moved to either "Fembot in a Wet T-Shirt" or "Wet T-Shirt Nite"? I've never come across "Fembot in a Wet T-Shirt Nite" as a title.
