Wipe Out was a hit record from 1963 (although originally the B side) by the surf rock band The Surfaris. Recorded at the Pal Studio in 1962 it remains popular and is widely covered. Zappa covered it during the 68/08/03 New York NY US Wollman Rink, Central Park concert.
