		+	Sorry, that price included 'The Dust Blows Forward'. Had 'Grow Fins'imported, got first-issue copy of the 2000, which on your Amazon link (thanks for that) shows a 1st going for £75. (Only one left at circa £56 - no clarification of pressing) Both my copies have only been opened about 6 times. Guessing the future 8 years ago was no easier than it is today. Not sure I was robbed.
