'''Janet The Planet''' is a Zappa fan who attended the Halloween-themed concerts in 1977 and can be seen in ''[[Baby Snakes (The Film)]]''.

During the film ''[[Baby Snakes (The Film)]]'', Zappa brings several audience members (John, [[Donna U Wanna]], [[Angel]], Chris and [[Janet The Planet]]) on stage for [[Audience Participation]], during ''[[Titties 'N' Beer/"Audience Participation"/The Dance Contest/The Black Page 2]]'', who have to pretend being ''"the president of Warner Bros. Records, the head of the Warner Bros. legal department, and two famous attorneys from Gang, Tyre & Brown."'' while torturing an audience member with whips and a pitchfork, as part of his contract. When asked whether she can dance, Janet famously says: ''"In a horizontal position."''

During the [[81/10/29-11/01 New York NY US Palladium|1981 Halloween concert]] (''[["The Halloween Tradition"]]''), Zappa dedicated ''[[King Kong]]'' to Janet The Planet, among others.

Through her concert attendances, Janet The Planet started a relationship with [[Denny Walley]] in April 1987.
