The London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Kent Nagano, and augmented by David Ocker (clarinet), Chad Wackerman and Ed Mann (percussion), performed Zappa's music at the 'Barbican Theatre', London, UK on 01/11/1983. The next day, they recorded London Symphony Orchestra Vol. I and London Symphony Orchestra Vol. II. The LSO can also be heard in the Zappa movie The Amazing Mr. Bickford.
