Josephine Baker (3 June 1906 - 12 April 1975) was an American-born French singer, dancer, and actress. She became a hit sensation in Paris in 1925. During World War II she performed espionage work for the French resistance, for which she was honoured with a Croix de Guerre after the war.
She can be seen on the cover of Tinseltown Rebellion.
