The Solitaires were an American doo-wop group, best known for their songs "The Wedding" (1955), "The Angels Sang" (1956), and "Walking Along" (1957)
Zappa played their song "The Wedding" while he was a guest DJ on Dr. Demento in 1973 and on WLIR, Long Island in 1979.
